39: Caregiving As An Only Child

Caregiving can be hard for anyone, but being an only child may add additional challenges.

As an only child, you may not have siblings to share the responsibilities of caregiving with, which can lead to feelings of isolation and burnout.

Additionally, you may have a stronger emotional attachment to your parent, making it harder to separate your role as a caregiver from your role as a child.

Join me in this episode to listen in to a conversation I had with my colleagues about how to navigate caregiving as an only child.
