47. Tips to keep anger safe and under control

If you are honest,  you probably experienced an anger episode at one point or another in your life. 

The trouble is, when we are feeling intense anger or even rage, our logical part of the brain completely shuts off. That is why you find yourself saying and DOING things your would never do when you are calm. 

I've had times when anger gets a hold of me and I feel out of control. It's like I know what I'm doing is really hurtful and it feels like I cannot stop myself in that moment. Scary. I know. 

In todays episode I talk about healthy ways to keep your anger safe. Often times we know what we are doing is hurtful but we don't know another way to deal with that emotion. Todays episode will help.
