Do you ever dread you menstrual cycle? Do you hate that time of the month?

Its common for women to dread the 'time of the month' and they often notice how that effects them emotionally, mentally, physically.

For this episode, I invited Megan to come and share with us the different phases of the cycle and how we normally feel during that time. She encourages women to schedule their life around the cycle to support themselves.
