Do you feel like you cannot give one more ounce? It's possible you are experiencing burnout. It's very common in moms. It's hard to show up for your family when you are stretched thin with work, family, volunteering, sports, music and housework. In order to effectively show up we need to be intentional with choosing the things that matter to us. Nothing is important if everything is important.
